22 Weeks Pregnant (Day 148 to Day 154)

What happens to you?

Exercise and walking can help you get your body fit and in optimal shape for childbirth. You may be experiencing food and sweet cravings and your weight shall be increasing; you need to be careful of your back and lower back.

Advice: Increase your fiber intake to avoid constipation and haemorrhoids.

What happens to your baby?

Your baby’s respiratory system is developing very rapidly and its moves are growing stronger; you might even be able to notice them on your belly.

Its brain starts to develop pretty fast, too. The lips and eyes of your baby are becoming more distinct.
